The Herrlinger Family Singers
The Herrlinger Family
We are the Herrlinger's from the winding back-roads of Boyceville, WI. A homeschooling family of nine, we enjoy music that is melodious, joyful, and God-honoring. Ranging in ages from 9-24, the seven children are our greatest source of joy and blessing outside of our relationship with Jesus Christ.
In the Fall of 2006 the Lord provided five instruments for our family, including an acoustic guitar, an acoustic bass guitar, a fiddle, mandolin and banjo. As the months rolled on and we started learning, God started moving in ways beyond our imagination, and began placing in our pathway opportunities to publicly share the gift of music with others.
Since those initial five instruments, we have added another fiddle, a second mandolin, a hammered dulcimer, an accordian, and a resonator guitar, also known as a dobro.
We greatly enjoy playing together as a family, and our deepest heart's desire is that through this love we would be a blessing and encouragement to the body of Christ wherever He places us, and to shine as lights in a lost, dark, and dying world. Our daily goal is the literal fulfillment of Colossians 3:23-24
“If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” 1Peter 4:11
